Return Policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Notice must be given to [email protected] regarding returns, stating the order number and reason for return. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All tags/boxes must remain attached and intact, and items must be returned in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Customized, sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the item(s), including taxes. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipment costs of returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost-effective shipping method, which includes tracking, as we are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Returns for items showing any signs of use (worn, damaged, stained, or missing tags/boxes) will not be processed. Store credit can only be used for future purchases and has no expiration date.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, you may contact us to return the original item and place a new order. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover shipping costs for replacements.
